I've know Dani for a couple of years prior to her being back in escrow. She has always been responsive and extremely proactive. Daniele was truly exceptional. She assumed escrow of a multiple residential home transaction from another title company a month before closing. This required coordinating several parties living in various time zones on the mainland.
Daniele was efficient and communicated well in advance what needed to be done to meet deadlines. Throughout escrow, there was never any confusion or either party saying "I didn't know."
I have been involved in many real estate transactions and Daniele Leong is without a doubt the most proficient escrow officer I have had the pleasure of working with.

Daniele Leong - Best escrow officer I've ever worked with. Goes above and beyond. Is always on time. Communicates well and responds back in a very timely manner. I'm currently in escrow on another deal with another company and it took them 11 days before they opened up escrow with my client. That would never happen with Daniele.
