Monica began in the Title and Escrow Industry in 1987 as a receptionist, and began closing escrows in 1989. With a wide range of industry experience; working every type of transaction from Residential, Commercial, Builder/Developer, and everything in between; she was eventually promoted to Branch Manager in 1993. In 2010, Monica moved to Hawaii and earned her stripes in paradise while working REO Transactions as the Nation recovered from the fall of the housing market.

Monica is dedicated to helping her clients navigate the closing process, while providing each of her customers the highest level of support. She strongly believes that relationships are the key to good business and works diligently to make sure that every client knows how important they are to her.
With over 32 years in the Title and Escrow industry, Monica has gained the industry expertise that is crucial in being your partner in success here in Hawaii.

Monica is passionate about life with her Husband, Children, Granddaughters… and Major League Baseball! (Go Cards!!) She enjoys traveling, camping and volunteering with special needs children.
