I would highly recommend Victoria as your Title representative. She is hard working, honest and professional. She’s also fast w/ her responses, always taking care of my requests in a timely manner. A few years ago, one of my previous clients who had purchased a property the previous year, found a cloud in the title when he tried refinancing the property. Victoria helped guide us to the right people to clean up the title problem right away. She is the best title representative I have used.

I have been a Realtor here in Huntington Beach for 20 years now. My 1st year in the business, I met Victoria Bowling and we had an immediate connection. She went through all of the programs her company had to offer and assured me, when the time came to open escrow on my first sale, she'd be there to help. She was and she still is 20 years later. Victoria's market and title expertise have truly benefitted me throughout my career, she ALWAYS answers her phone and is a calming force when escrows (rarely) get "challenging". I look forward to many more years working alongside Victoria!!
