Lisa Warner is a Senior Escrow Officer at Fidelity National Title Co. with more than 30 years’ experience specializing in residential sales, commercial sales, refinances and exchanges. A Rohnert Park resident, Lisa has been married to her husband, Dennis, for 20 years. Lisa has two grown children and four grandkids. Meeting new clients is Lisa’s favorite part of her job, although, interacting with agents also brings her great joy. While she prefers boating and stand up paddle boarding, any time spent on the water makes Lisa happy.

This was a concurrent closing situation, and while Lisa Warner was on vacation the last two weeks of our scheduled close, Cailin O'Malley covered for her and did an exceptional job. We all had to navigate thru my seller's closing one esrow and then their purchase home closing as well. We wanted it to close concurrently and it happened! Right on schedule as well! During that week of signing and funding, Cailin kept it all together, and ended successfully.
