This was a concurrent closing situation, and while Lisa Warner was on vacation the last two weeks of our scheduled close, Cailin O'Malley covered for her and did an exceptional job. We all had to navigate thru my seller's closing one esrow and then their purchase home closing as well. We wanted it to close concurrently and it happened! Right on schedule as well!
