I have closed hundreds of transactions over the past 20 years with Patty Thompson-Standring. She is absolutely the BEST Escrow Officer in town by far. Because of the complexity of my transactions, I needed a true professional to handle the nuances and details to make sure my closing would record without a hitch. Never once has she dropped the ball in any closing that I had with her and having to close transactions with other companies and other escrow officers I cannot say the same. If your business is important to you like mine- there is no other substitute for her.
