Debbie Owens has the designation of Certified Escrow Officer (CEO). During her career, she has been with Fidelity for 27 years. She uses a wealth of knowledge from quality closings over three decades to make the process easy and fun for each client.
As someone who has participated in training escrow teams about how to execute a flawless close, Debbie is known as a teacher of the sophisticated art of delivering superior client service experiences for complex transactions. She believes that clients should walk out of a closing feeling ‘good and happy.’ She minimizes any related stress through communication and frequent status updates. She is a member of the Fidelity National Title Hall of Fame and is also part of the company’s President’s Club.
She is current involved in Kiwanis and previously volunteered with the Clackamas County Animal Shelter. In personal time, Debbie enjoys quilting, crocheting, and spending time with her family.
