After three-plus decades of working with real estate brokers, lenders, and clients, Shirley Guy's reputation as a senior escrow officer is formidable. Her career with Fidelity National Title began in 1989 when she worked as an escrow officer in Mall 205. She moved to Lloyd and served as branch manager for several years and then spent five years managing the practices of escrow officers during vacations and leaves of absence. She's worked as an escrow officer at Hollywood and Lloyd over the past five years.
Shirley is known for her ability to adapt well to any situation. Her experience allows her to quickly navigate transactions of all types—providing peace of mind to all parties.
With a designation as a Certified Senior Escrow Officer (CSEO), she is a member of the Oregon Escrow Council, an organization dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in escrow through continuing education for our members statewide and locally and through legislative advocacy.
Originally from Portland, she has spent most of her career in escrow services. In her free time, Shirley enjoys the company of her husband of 35 years, two grown daughters, and four grandsons. She enjoys quilting, watching softball, and spending time in Central Oregon at the family's vacation home.
