I truly enjoy processing and closing escrows. I think the best part of my job is building relationships with realtors, lenders, buyers and sellers. Although the paperwork is pretty much the same, the people are different so each closing is a unique experience. As an escrow officer, I strive to ensure a smooth, efficient and positive transaction for all parties involved. Besides having a thorough understanding and knowledge of escrow, I believe communication and an understanding of the people involved in what can be an extremely stressful process, is key to a successful transaction and happy clients.
