Having a strong background in finance, Rhonda Robinson also enjoys the client relations component of her title and escrow practice. With over 20 years of experience in title insurance and escrow services, she joined Fidelity after six years in lending in both processing and funding functions.
With a strong work ethic having been an employee in her family’s grocery store from a young age, she graduated from the Oregon Institute of Technology in Applied Science with an emphasis in accounting. She attributes success in building her practice to an acute understanding of the process and background in mortgage lending. That has also resulted in positive experiences for both industry partners and their clients. While underscoring the importance of the transaction, she also enjoys having fun with clients and building friendships.

I have recently worked with Rhonda on two purchases. The first one had an issue come up with current ownership of the property. Rhonda went above & beyond to make sure it was handled and done in a very timely manner.
The second transaction was a short close on a for sale by owner. She got us a prelim in less than 24 hours, made everything happen quickly on her end & we closed in 14 days!
