Michelle Peterson has been involved in the escrow services profession for over three decades. In addition to serving residential and refinance clients, she has also regularly closed new construction transactions.
Known for bringing a sense of order to the most complex files, Michelle’s genuine and calm spirit reassures industry partners that clients are in capable hands. She excels at customer service and communication at all phases of closing.
Originally from Fairview, she studied childhood education. She enjoys photography, scrapbooking, reading, and is currently taking piano lessons. In addition to loving animals, her favorite thing is being an aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Michelle recently closed with me on a purchase of my first time home buyer. The transaction behind the scenes went well and ran smoothly but the best part was at signing final docs. My borrower arrived a bit jittery and his eyes widened as he saw the stack of documents. But he was accompanied by myself, his realtor and his Mom. Once Michelle began going through the documents he slowly calmed with the softness of her voice. Sometimes I think a soothing voice should be a prerequisite for an Escrow Officer.
