Having spent her entire career with Fidelity National Title, Kathi Lawrence’s loyalty and dedication to her clients is underscored by three decades of service. In building a significant escrow practice, she enjoys a reputation for closings where clients of all types appreciate the communication and level of expertise.
In addition to mastering the complex details behind a variety of transactions including 1031 exchanges, commercial, and construction, she earned her designation as a certified escrow officer (CEO) from the Oregon Escrow Council. The council is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in escrow through continuing education for its members statewide and locally and through legislative advocacy.
Originally from Portland, Kathi currently resides in Sherwood with her husband who is a teacher and the head football coach at Sherwood High School. Her two sons are both studying to be teachers and coaches as well – one graduated from Pacific University and one is attending Southern Oregon University where he also plays football. While competitive sports play a significant part of her family life, she also enjoys reading, playing cards, and vacations to sunny destinations. Prior to her career, she studied journalism at the University of Oregon.

Kathi has been my closer for almost twenty years and I absolutely can't imagine doing my business without her. This seems a little crazy to say, but I honestly can't remember her ever making an error.
