Katelynn Owens is an awesome escrow agent! She is super sweet but is a total BOSS about getting stuff done. Katelynn and her team answer all of my questions quickly, send me weekly updates with items they received, progress made, and what documents are still needed. I've used Fidelity for my last three listings. The last transaction was a bumpy one with multiple extensions and an elusive septic inspection. My seller needed constant communication and reassurance because she was stressed out. Katelynn called her multiple times to assure her that everything was going well.
