I am terribly disappointed in the low quality of service, knowledge, courtesy and professionalism from both Fidelity Puyallup offices and the account manager who turns a blind eye. I will not use Fidelity and find it necessary to cross your name off contracts for the foreseeable future to preserve the integrity of my other professional relationships and trust.
