I was representing the buyer for this transaction and the listing agent requested that we use Fidelity National Title. I had never used them before because most of my transactions occur here in Grays Harbor County so I use our local escrow/title companies, who are great to work with. But I did not mind using the Escrow Company that she requested. Once the offer was accepted and we were officially under contract, Fidelity National Title took over and they did a great job. They kept both me and the listing agent notified on every detail of the process and let us know when the appraisal came in and when the buyers and sellers were signing and when we closed! It was very nice working with them and I will be listing a home in Tacoma in a few weeks and I will recommend that the buyers agent uses Fidelity National Title for the escrow process! Looking forward to working with them again!
