Tamara and Kelsey were phenomenal! This was a simultaneous closing where the second sale's financing was delayed without much communication from the lender. Tamara and Kelsey where completely on top of the situation, sending out for updates daily or twice daily as needed. They kept these closings on track and we always knew exactly what was going on at any given time. They were very responsive to question all throughout the transaction. Most importantly to me, they never forgot to CC me as the Transaction Coordinator, which is not always the case. I look forward to the opportunity to work with Team Tissue again, and I would highly recommend them for complicated transaction and the normal ones too!
