Elisabeth was so helpful and patient as she took me through the signing of my closing papers. I have an essential tremor in my right hand that makes the signing of documents quite slow. She just kept saying we were in no rush and to please take my time. She also explained each step of the process so that I clearly understood what I was signing. In addition, she's just a delightful person to be around.
