The order was opened with Stacey Ankrom but she was away on vacation at the time. Renee Peralta was AMAZING during this wildly short escrow. Basically Renee opened escrow, ordered demands from 2 HOA's and worked magic to get us done with just 3 work days. Kudo's to Renee

Renee Peralta did an AMAZING job with a 3.5 day escrow !!!!!! I represented the seller, the buyer was cash. We had an accepted offer on the weekend - opened escrow on Mon, Dec 30. 2 HOAs to get demands and seller pay off demand for their loan. Buyers had hoped to close escrow on Fri, Jan 3, but no one really thought that could happen. Well, thanks to Renee's hard work ............ It did. Stacey Ankrom was on vacation but was back for the signing and close. They are a great team.

I've used Fidelity for the past 16 years For most of my escrows. I've always had excellent escrow officers some have moved onto other branches. I was referred to Katie Kingsbury and Santa Rosa for this 1031 reverse exchange That just closed on Friday.
She was fantastic!! Beginning to end spot on great communicator great on details kept everything in sync and serviced my clients directly as well with such professionalism. I'm very impressed with her. Recommend her 100%.
