Sarah is always pleasant to work with and follows through on all of her files. One of my duties is to acquire the Final Closing Statement. I generally have to request a Final Closing Statement specific to the Buyer from the Escrow Officer as it is a requirement that our files have the Final Escrow Statement signed and certified. In the case of Sarah, she always has the document delivered to our office the day of recording therefore I never have to request the Final Closing Statement; I simply scan the delivered document to the shared folder.
