Bryan is a great communicator. I never had to wonder about the status of the escrow. Also, this was not a particularly easy one because of the reverse mortgage payoff. But Bryan stayed on top of it and got the payoff demand earlier than I thought it would take. Great job.

Bryan was right on top of all the details involved in the escrow and with the help of his staff, kept all parties well-informed of the status and deadlines. I would also like to compliment Robby Morales, the escrow officer in Bryan's office who stepped in to help while Bryan was out of the office for a few days.
