Keyna began her Real Estate career in the title department in 1993 performing the recording duties for all of Northern California. She later moved up through the ranks to Escrow Officer and then Branch Manager. Keyna’s extensive closing experience includes all forms of residential and refinance transactions. She is passionate & confident about providing excellent service and she enjoys working with both new and experienced clients. Keyna joined Fidelity National Title in 2012 and plays an important role in creating an amazing teamwork environment!

Keyna enjoys spending time with her family, shopping with her daughter, going to her son’s little league games and running 5Ks.

Keyna Quezada made sure to be on hand for the signing to obtain docs? as soon as they were signed and notarized and send them to the lender. We were signing , funding and recording all in the same day and it all happened seamlessly thanks to Keyna and her team. Cisely Sandoval made sure to come by and congratulate my buyer with Keyna and that made the signing extra special. They made sure to get a picture for him with the large house key in the cute photo vignette they have set up at the office. He seemed thrilled with that. Thanks to Fidelity for all your great support!

Keyna was recommended by the Listing Agent to handle the sale of my buyer's property. Keyna emailed me her contact information the first day, she promptly sent the receipt for the EMD and the title report which was forwarded to the lender. She promptly sent my clients all of the information they needed to complete the Information Sheets and communicated with them directly on issues that were purely escrow related. At the closing, she got the loan documents out to a notary, whom I also did not know, who arrived promptly, got two sets of loan documents signed in under an hour and back to Keyna the next morning. Keyna and I then worked tirelessly to get the loan funded over three days (the lender kept having last minute pre-funding issues) and then funded and closed. We had a slight email problem and she did not get my commission demand. She stayed beyond her office closing to make sure that I got her the demand so that she could pay me on Friday, versus letting it sit over the weekend to Monday. I truly appreciated her efforts and hard work and will use her on my own on my next transaction in Solano County.

KEYNA is AMAZING! She is great at handling issues that arise and able to find answers when unsure. She is very responsive either over the phone or email. I couldn't imagine do transactions anywhere else. Thank you for all you do!

Kayna Quezada and her assistants were very efficient and went above expectations as the escrow process went forward. Although there was a time crunch, thanks to the outstanding efforts of the escrow officer, the escrow closed & the sale was on record on a Friday, which was the target date for all involved. Great Job.
