Debbie James and team were as usual great at taking care of this transaction. There was need for extra documentation as the sellers wife had died; kindness and sincere empathy was expressed. The use of a POA was needed and again all the hoops were jumped thru, communicating with several family members to bring this to a happy conclusion. p.s. we closed on time despite the challenges.
