Madelyn is born and raised in Sonoma, She has been in the title and escrow business since 1998 and truly enjoys helping her clients and knows what great customer service is all about. Madelyn has had the opportunity to handle every type of real estate transaction always giving each one the same level of service and expertise. Madelyn enjoys spending her free time with her husband and three daughters living in the Sonoma Community.

Madelyn Minehan went above and beyond in this transaction because one seller uses a walker and the other uses a walker and a wheelchair, so she went to their home to sign closing papers. The sellers didn't know this was possible and were very pleased.
