Pamela Maas and her team always go over and above in their service which is why I share this with my clients so they use Fidelity in Tukwila. There are times we have clients who are not tech saavy or are challenged in other ways and Pamela and her team handle my more challenging client situations with care and are so helpful and reassuring to them. I have had many escrow experiences with other good companies but none are as sensitive to each individual client as Pamela's team is. Her customer service goes miles above the competition!
