Pamela really impressed me with this deal. She was given 5 days for this hard money deal to close. She made me aware that she might have to extend it because she has a process, and I understood. But she didn't take those extra days. She got it all done by around 2pm. The buyers team was impressed as well. Pamela is a total pro and I am so lucky to have her!

Yes Pamela Maas was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help us throughout the closing process. Mind you this was on a manufactured home purchase which is not a very large contract for Fidelity but Pamela treated both my clients and I with the same care and attentiveness as someone buying a $1,000,000 home. What especially stood out is that for any issue that popped up Pamela was able to resolve the issue and work with both agents to quickly resolve any issue allowing us to move forward, this allowed us to close on time. Fidelity National title is fortunate to have a Pamela Mass on their team!
