Pamela really impressed me with this deal. She was given 5 days for this hard money deal to close. She made me aware that she might have to extend it because she has a process, and I understood. But she didn't take those extra days. She got it all done by around 2pm. The buyers team was impressed as well. Pamela is a total pro and I am so lucky to have her!

Yes Pamela Maas was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help us throughout the closing process. Mind you this was on a manufactured home purchase which is not a very large contract for Fidelity but Pamela treated both my clients and I with the same care and attentiveness as someone buying a $1,000,000 home. What especially stood out is that for any issue that popped up Pamela was able to resolve the issue and work with both agents to quickly resolve any issue allowing us to move forward, this allowed us to close on time. Fidelity National title is fortunate to have a Pamela Mass on their team!

Pamela Maas & Coni Orvis. First I would like to say Pamela goes above and beyond working at night and on weekends to ensure transactions are handled efficiently and effectively. She works very hard and definitely goes above and beyond for all my clients . This last transaction had some challenges and she made sure my clients were handled with patience and attention. Pamela Maas and her team always go over and above in their service which is why I share this with my clients so they use Fidelity in Tukwila. There are times we have clients who are not tech saavy or are challenged in other ways and Pamela and her team handle my more challenging client situations with care and are so helpful and reassuring to them. I have had many escrow experiences with other good companies but none are as sensitive to each individual client as Pamela's team is. Her customer service goes miles above the competition!

Pamela's team came recommended by another agent about 12 years ago and I have never looked back. I have worked with other escrow teams without issue. When I have a choice though, I choose Pamela and her team at Fidelity. They keep everything moving and their communication is always clear, accurate, and on time. I never have to check on the status of my closings. Pamela works well with lenders and clients alike. My closings have always been on time with Pamela.
