That being said she always took my calls, or returned them promptly, during I know was some very hectic times for her (always pleasant). The seller threatened to cancel and walk away from the deal, for some petty reasons, Elaine listened to their concerns and was very calm and persuasive as well as persistent. Elaine is a rock star when it comes to her business knowledge, always has a solution and if she needs help she finds an answer to what ever is needed. She is the best.

Lisa Otto was great to work with!! Victoria Hinson is my title rep. I trust Victoria and refer her all of the time. Victoria has professionally and regularly asked me to try out Fidelity National's escrow service. This is hard for me to do as I have a wonderful, long-term escrow company (who is a small, independent) that I use. But on this file, I decided to give Fidelity a try. Lisa handled this file professionally from the beginning!! She was excellent, prompt, friendly and professional with everything. THEN we ended up going into an awful delay of about 2.5 weeks due to a terrible lender. Every step of the way, Lisa was available, professional and proactive. Believe me, I have been a broker for a long time, and there are escrow companies that will avoid broker's calls. Lisa was not at all in this operational mode. She was on the phone or email to everyone the minute she had updates, and she proactively was communicating with the lender side for updates. And, truly, beyond that, Lisa was very empathetic and expressed care and concern for what all parties were going through with the delay. I really appreciate her making the extra effort along the way to get this DONE!
