Her experience for solving complicated issues on Title, willingness to always go above and beyond, and compassion with delicate personal situations were all the reasons I knew Elaine was the right person for this closing. Without her, I really don't think this would have successfully closed in a timely manner (if at all).

Elaine in escrow has been great, she picks up the phone when I call and gets me answers. She is a hands especially on the difficult ones. I am very great full that she was involved in this difficult transaction. I could not ask for a better person to work on this in my 33yrs of being a Real Estate broker. She knocked it out of the park.

I know that Elaine had many transactions she was working on along with mine. That being said she always took my calls, or returned them promptly, during I know was some very hectic times for her (always pleasant). The seller threatened to cancel and walk away from the deal, for some petty reasons, Elaine listened to their concerns and was very calm and persuasive as well as persistent. Elaine is a rock star when it comes to her business knowledge, always has a solution and if she needs help she finds an answer to what ever is needed. She is the best.

We had trouble with the public utility company and she worked way past her quitting time to make sure that my clients had power when they moved in.
