I’ve had a very diverse desk throughout my career working in both Washington and Alaska, and like to consider myself as an additional assistant to the clients I serve. My business has included REO, Relocation, Investors, Builders and Commercial accounts. In addition to holding my Washington State LPO license, I have also held a Title license in the State of Alaska and am actively involved on the board at the local Escrow Association. I have also enjoyed teaching classes throughout my career primarily focusing on real estate and lending. I earned my B.A. in Elementary and Special Education from Central Washington State.
Outside of work, I am actively involved in the music and drama program at my church, volunteer for Young Life and enjoy golfing. My hobby recently shifted to Grandmother as my only daughter had twins about 2 years ago.

I know that Elaine had many transactions she was working on along with mine. That being said she always took my calls, or returned them promptly, during I know was some very hectic times for her (always pleasant). The seller threatened to cancel and walk away from the deal, for some petty reasons, Elaine listened to their concerns and was very calm and persuasive as well as persistent.
