We had a complicated escrow in Tucson after our uncle passed away. The house title had to to through a form of probate through an attorney/the court and the resulting ownership was split three ways (and one of those was a trust for a deceased person). Anyway - everything was very complex and Elisa was on the ball, organized, appropriately pushy (especially with the attorney), and EXTREMELY helpful in getting escrow closed. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an escrow agent in the area!

I needed a copy of a recorded document from 1994. I sent a request to Elisa, not even sure that the document was recorded. Within a couple of hours, she emailed the recorded document to me!

Elisa was informative though out the process, timely with answering questions, and helping us frame how we wanted our property titled. Scheduling the signing process was easy as was the process itself. We got complete instructions for how to wire money from our bank and we anticipate that will go smoothly at the time the wire is scheduled to be made. I’d work with Elisa again in a heartbeat!

Lisa is the best escrow agent I have ever dealt with, and I have done hundreds of escrows. She is a superb, timely communicator, personable, a good problem solver, hard worker. I was amazed that she did our 7 day escrow in 7 days, despite 3 of the days being the Labor Day weekend. She and her team were very hospitable and she adjusted the closing signing to accommodate my limited availablity the day of closing.
