Judy handled all of the closing paperwork for my town home sale in Tucson. She was very professional, courteous and fast in her response to my closing needs. She provided closing paperwork that was e-signable making my job very easy. I live in FL selling my property in Tucson. She arranged for a notary to visit me to sign all of the final closing paperwork. They took the completed paperwork and sent it Fedx to Tucson. When the paperwork was signed by all parties they paid off all of my debt, mortgage, etc. associated with the property and deposited my proceeds into my checking account. I highly recommend Judy and her agency for any property sale related matters.
