After over 10 years of using another large title company, my previous escrow officer left the industry. I had no clue who to use, as my experience with other LPOs and Title Companies has been underwhelming. Makaio at Fidelity reached out around the same time and asked to schedule a sit-down with him and Kristy. It worked out great, as Kristy (and the whole Longview Fidelity Office) has been fantastic to work with. I look forward to many more!
