I highly recommend Jessica to anyone who needs escrow service. Just like her bio says: she loves the challenges of the business. Her communication and organization skills are top notch. She went above and beyond to help us while we were dealing with a disorganized mortgage institute. Jessica's positive and can-do attitude really helped us going through the difficult time. We always can count on Jessica to get the last minute requests from mortgage institute. Some of those requests were due to their incompetence. It is very worth to mention that Jessica always put the client's first. We had to move the closing date. My husband and I were out of town in separate time. Jessica helped us to set up the power of attorney in the last minute and meet with us in different time. We wish everyone has the same competency level and demeanor as Jessica. We have no reservation to ask Jessica to be our escrow officer next time.

Tamara is one of the most professional escrow officers there is. I started working with Tamara many many years ago when she was with a different company. Tamara by far communicates with your clients as well as yourself and others that is part of your transaction far better than any other escrow officer I have ever had.
When you have a difficult closing, and you think their may be issues, Tamara is on top of it and their is NO drama, she just gets it done. You don't have to worry about time frames, out of area sellers, non English speaking buyers or sellers, upside down loans pay offs, deaths, or any other hurdle that may happen. I am a loyal fan of Tamara Barrett and highly recommend her.
