She and her team were available for us on a Friday evening after hours, they got our docs balanced late night and were able to set up a mobile notary on the east coast for our borrower on a Saturday! We were able to fund and close on this loan within 20 business days all because of how communicative and helpful her and her team are. Thank you Tamara!! Recommendation for Tamara Barrett

Tamara Barrett has worked with us on a home purchase and a home sale in the last 5 months. She worked closely with us on a private, for sale by owner, transaction and was always available with questions, worked easily with our buyers and made the whole process very customer friendly.
We specifically requested her again when selling our home and she was above and beyond as that sale stalled with a contingency issue and took 3 1/2 months to close. During that time she was there with any questions we had, kept all information current and was so flexible when our closing date kept slipping. She, her assistant and the front desk staff were always so pleasant, helpful and upbeat even when the process was discouraging to us.
My husband and I can not recommend her highly enough! We followed her from a previous title company and will come back to her again!

Tamara is very efficient and patient. My REALTOR®, my finance gal and myself were so excited to sign the paperwork because buying this house was quite a negotiating process. It needed a lot of things done and it was not easy to get to the signing point. So we were hyped up and kept talking during the process but Tamara got us through it smoothly and had everything ready to go. Her patience, organization and personality is amazing and I would highly recommend asking to work with her.

I started working with Tamara just shy of a year now. She is by far one of my favorite Escrow officers. Whenever there is something that is being requested for a borrower transaction, I can depend on getting it in a fast timely manner. She is always eager to go above and beyond to help a transaction close on time. I wish there were more Tamaras out there in the mortgage business because if there were I would get to worry that much less when a file is being pushed to Escrow!
