Suzyn Kasala is an absolute professional and has a vast knowledge of the escrow process. She is patient and such a great team player when it comes to helping my real estate clients. I had an elderly, extremely nervous seller going through the loss of her husband, who normally handled all of their transactions. She was at her wits end dealing with a complex off market sale to her tenants trying to map out and compute all the deposits, prepaid and utilities in the contract. Suzyn spoke with her, listened to her needs and helped her understand the process and how to best safeguard her in this process.
