I’m passionate about helping my clients understand the title and escrow process in regards to purchasing, selling, or refinancing their home.
I take an extreme amount of pride explaining every detail so that all parties involved on a transaction that I handle know exactly what to expect.

Cherie Cocoles is with out a doubt one of the best escrow officers in the state, you know when you talk to her she has a smile on her face and is extremely knowledgeable in her field. I know when I open an escrow with Cherie it's going to be smooth and will close, what can I say, she's the BEST!!!!!

Cherie is the best Escrow Officer I've ever worked with . I have been in the real estate industry since 1997. In that time i have had hundreds of escrows. Cherie is truly the best I've worked with. She is my goto escrow officer and always handles any needs my clients or I have with a smile! Can't recommend her more!
