Shilea began her career in the Title and Escrow Industry in 2002. She currently holds the title of Escrow Officer.
Her expertise is closing refinance, resale, short sale, & REO transactions. Her professional, proactive approach and her commitment to service have built her a solid reputation in the industry.
Shilea has an 19 year old girl and resides in Pleasant Hill, CA. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, and is an avid A’s fan!

Shilea went above and beyond in this transaction. My clients were coming from the Philippines as a relocation with Chevron. She did find a way to get them a signer due to the embassy being closed. My clients finally decided to come to the US 3 weeks early so that the papers didn't take so long to get back either way. My buyers had to move out of their rental on June 1 so we were trying to get the escrow, which was only opened on May 14, to close no later than June 7.
