This particular transaction had an unusual issue that came up and at first we thought the closing would need to be extended out for 30 or more days, however, with Julie and her team working above & beyond, they were able to resolve the issue and we closed escrow within the initial 17 day time period.

Julie Smith and her team is outstanding. They respond quickly to emails and phone calls. Tanner is a great asset to the team also because if Julie is not available I can always get a hold of him. My last two transactions have dealt with trusts and a 1031 exchange extra work for the team but they did a superb job in getting everything taken care of. The second leg of the 1031 closed in 5 days.
