Friday, Dec. 6th, about 4:50 pm I sent in a records request, thinking i would probably not get a reply before Monday, but I was surprised to get a reply at 5:08 pm, from Kathleen Apodaca. I'm sure it would have been tempting for her to leave work early on a Friday, but no, she was there at the job until 5 pm, even a few minutes after 5. That's what I call excellent service! :)

Corrected version: The level of service that FNTG offers it's partners and escrow customers always exceeds my expectations. This morning after struggling to create a mailing list, I emailed the Sacramento office to request the list. David Shank, responded within 10 minutes and had the list to me within a half an hour. WOW! Thank you so much. The amount of time and energy you saved me, I can now invest in growing my business. I always recommend FNTG to my buyer clients because of the excellent service they provide both in their marketing department in Sac and the Escrow offices in Truckee!
