As the FNF Family of Companies, National Agency Director of Education and Marketing Strategy with 22 years of experience. Linda is the lead for FNF’s agent-facing initiatives involving communications, educational offerings, website development and various marketing and engagement projects.
Linda’s communication responsibilities include overseeing internal announcements, distribution of FNTG’s Agency Insights newsletters and providing additional industry news updates through FNF’s National Agency Website and other media outlets.
Her education initiatives center on creating a curriculum for agents which balances theory and application by using case examples that translate into the workplace. She oversees the continued expansion of FNF LEAD virtual education center into all agency markets based on customer needs and marketplace nuances. She is also a key part of state, regional and corporate events planning.
Linda’s marketing efforts focus on developing and executing strategic marketing plans on a national level in collaboration with regional and local markets. She ensures that campaigns and programs — including advertising, industry event sponsorships, social media education and messaging, print media development, website content review and organized promotional collateral — deliver meaningful, consistent experiences for our agent customers.
