I purchased my Infiniti jx35 and had it from 2013 to 2020. I currently own another luxury SUV and took it in for service for the first time. My service experience has been polar opposite of what I experienced at Infiniti and honestly it makes me reconsider going back to Infiniti. If also made me realize how much I appreciated Mike! I had the opportunity to meet Matt about 3 years ago. I went in to Frontier Infiniti to lease a 2014 Q50S and Matt was our Sale Consultant. I was very impress with Matt's knowledge of the Q50S and the time he took to explain all the options the car came with. What really impressed me about Matt was that he never once made me feel pressured to purchase the car and gave me great customer service. I turned my lease back in on January 31 and Matt took care of me again putting me in to a new Q50, with the same car payment.

Yes, he's my son, and I'm proud of him. With that aside, the experience I've had has been great in both my recent purchase and in checking out cars that I was interested in purchasing before this one. Jerrod set aside time to go over the car with me, gave me all of the specifics about the financing and what would be required, and had papers ready to sign when I arrived after I had made my decision. My whole purchase process took less than an hour, and was a pleasant experience. Yes, I'm probably a little biased, but Jerrod removes the expectations of anyone who thinks the car buying experience is painful and tedious, and provided me with a great buying experience for my new purchase.

I purchased an infiniti Q50S at frontier infiniti roughly two months ago and Ben was my sales consultant. He was a quite patient to explain my questions and giving me instructions on how to use the car. A week after the purchase, he followed up with me to see if I would have any issues. In general, I think Ben is a wonderful person to work with.
