Ryan was phenomenal. We were new to the home selling process and he made it so easy. He helped answer all of our questions throughout the process and was always quick to respond and communicate with us. We were shocked by how fast our home sold and for way more than we ever imagined. On the purchasing side we hit a lot of bumps in our journey to no fault of Ryan’s but he was there to coach us every step of the way. He worked long hours to do everything he could to support us. What can we say, we loved working with Ryan. He is sincere, proactive and scrupulous! I reached out to Ryan via Instagram as he was promoting a listing; responded quickly and within a day we were viewing the property. That one didn’t work out but Ryan quickly set us up for viewings! We cannot say enough good things about Ryan and his team! There were six other bids on our home and Ryan made it happen for us. Plus we moved in with equity! He was such a joy to be around while we literally drove all over Sacramento, and our daughter often asks about her "new best friend Ryan." If you're looking for a home buying experience that still feels like a walk in the park after there's the slightest of set backs, call Ryan. He was with us every step of the way, answered every question, be it big or small, and was always, always available to us. He was so clear in explaining everything that goes into buying a home, which can be daunting for first time home buyers. What can I say about this guy. He is simple, awesome, professional, smart, charming and the most important part patient. He explained to us all the process and kept us up to date.
