After collecting a portfolio of investment properties for 38 years, my wife and I found ourselves relocating to Colorado rather abruptly after purchasing a home unexpectedly in May of 2022 a little south of Denver, (our two daughters had moved to the area a year earlier). Not desiring to be out of state landlords we decided to liquidate our previous holdings. I had met Beryl Oles a few years earlier while searching for a property for a friend and found her to be very professional. At that time we had attempted to list a property (vacant land) with a competing firm and they never even got back to us. I decided to give that listing to Beryl. It sold in Oct of 2018 for the asking price after having been listed for about a month. With this in mind and no competition shining as brightly we gave Beryl our multi-family income property listings. She came to look at each of the properties we had, made a few recommendations, did surveys, pricing suggestions and listed the properties. Beryl's suggestions priced each of our investment properties above our own price points and then promptly got full price offers on each one - each within forty-eight hours of their being listed! All of which subsequently closed with the original offers. After selling these rental income properties, multi-families and a mixed use property we gave Beryl the listing for our old, now vacant, residence. It too was priced above our estimated value, had a full price offer in a week and closed without issue.
We closed on the house we purchased in Colorado on 31 May 2022. We closed on the last property Beryl sold for us on 22 Nov 2022 - 175 days! I have worked with numerous realtors over the course of the past 40 years and have never found anyone with remotely the drive or tenacity of Beryl Oles. She does not know the meaning of fail.
