We dealt with Claire to purchase a home as well as sell one. She went above and beyond to search for the perfect house! It took a while and she never ran out of patients! The perfect home was found. Then house we had had to be sold. When it was ready to be put on the market she worked hard to find a buyer.
Both transactions went very smooth.

Selling a home is always an emotional process. When the home has been in your family for more than six decades, it can be especially difficult. Throughout the process of selling my mother's home, after her passing, Claire always showed great respect for the emotions I and my siblings were feeling. Claire handled the sale with knowledge, understanding and compassion.

Claire was absolutely amazing. She found exactly what I wanted and was persistent to make sure the purchase went through. She answered all of
my questions and was with me every step of the way. I could not be happier!!

Claire Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and was really overwhelmed with searching. Claire was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Always went out of her way to provide the best service!

It took me a while to find the, " Perfect" house for me. I was looking in areas that were way more than an hour away from where I was living at that time. It took me over a year, but when we were finally in negotiations, Claire helped and guided me to ask all the right question. In the end, I made the decision not to purchase that home. I felt terrible after all the time and energy Claire had put into helping me to navigate the ups and downs of buying a home. When I called Claire to let her know my decision, instead of being upset, she asked why and I said, it was your guidance that helped me come to my conclusion and she said, "Perfect"' we will start again from square one. I do have to mention, this was happening during Covid 19.

When I did find a home that I loved, it was even further away and I told Claire it was perfect except the distance from the rest of my family. We looked at other homes and they just weren't right. I could not visualize living in any of them, except the one that was so far away. After all of the additional looking , I called Claire and asked her to put in an offer on the house that was to far away. Claire agreed that was the right house.

What I Love about Claire, she is smart and savvy and knows the realty business, but more importantly, she never pressured me to make an offer, she let me come to my own decision and in my own time. I am forever Grateful, Thankful and Blessed to have such a wonderful person guide me on my journey of buying my , "Forever Home".
