Hakeem Love is such an awesome business man. I had some tough criteria for him in helping me find a home in this market. My budget was very tight, but he assured me from the beginning that my home was out there. Even when I thought I would have to give up, he encouraged me to keep looking and be open minded. Not only did we finally find something in my budget, he was able to negotiate the purchase to a very affordable price for me. I am 53, single, on one income, I don't make much money (considered low income under government guidelines). My rent was going higher and higher, I had to do something to stabilize my housing costs, or be homeless. If it had not been for Mr. Love, I don't think I would have been able to find something.
