maureen wilcox- Scottsdale office at 10613 N . Hayden Rd.. seasoned and knowledgeable escrow agent. Escrow progressed like clockwork with no stress or hicups, although I am sure she put out some fires. This escrow was a complicated seller Trust which involved an out of state new trust established just days prior to closing and she did it all with out a hitch during a difficult pandemic. I would highly recommend her for any of your tough, complicated seller or buyer transactions where a industry professional is critical.
