Justin has called Greenville home for almost his entire life after his family relocated to the Upstate for his father’s job when he was less than a year old. Justin attended Greenville Tech where he studied Criminal Justice and is an avid year-round college sports fan taking in football, basketball, and baseball. Justin loves how much there is to do in the Upstate and is eager to share that with his clients and help them discover what makes living in this part of the country so enjoyable. There are many different real estate firms Justin could have chosen to join, but he chose Great Homes because of an amazing team atmosphere with genuine people who care about others. Justin’s clients can always count on him to care for them just as he would a family member or close friend with honesty and relentless dedication to finding the perfect home. Justin is focused on growing his real estate career, but when he is able to carve out time for quick a break, he indulges in one of many hobbies and outdoor activities and spends time with his two lab mix dogs. He enjoys fishing, kayaking, hiking, and hunting, and he collects sports memorabilia. In the last year, he has recently taken up Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. As first time home buyers, my mom and I were excited, but nervous about the home buying process. Given I live outside of South Carolina, I knew I needed to find a realtor that could accommodate my busy schedule while making sure my mom felt comfortable throughout the process. Justin came into the picture in November when I was introduced to him through a family member.

Since my first interaction with Justin, he has surpassed all expectations by a mile. To me, Justin is the definition of a consummate professional. He is detail-orientated, extremely meticulous, and creates such a stress-free and low-pressure environment. Justin accommodated both my mom's schedule as well as mine, even conducting showings for us during the holidays. Justin is also exceptionally responsive - no matter what time of day, Justin would always answer any questions I had, took the time to explain anything I did not understand, and would even take my calls late at night. He even got us a stellar rate that is unheard of in this current rate environment!

The thing that stands out the most to be about Justin is how personable he is. Justin was so easy going, reliable and makes you feel like family. He was so great to work with!

Justin helped me buy a home last year when the market was crazy, and has stuck by me ever since. He answered all my questions and helped me purchase my first home, and has been there for me to this day to help answer questions and recommend solutions for problems. Justin did a great job marketing and selling our home in Greer! We received several offers, and were under contract within 3 days of listing! From start to finish, Justin was very responsive and always made sure we knew what to expect during the process. He even helped us find a reputable contractor to make the few repairs that were requested by our buyer. Justin really cares about his customers and we highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in the upstate!

Justin is GREAT. He’s AVAILABLE. As a Corrections Officer working long hours, he would schedule showings when many wouldn’t. He’s KNOWLEDGEABLE. The market is still very hot regardless of interest rates and we got it done. 10/10 sign with Justin and you won’t be disappointed.

Justin helped my husband and I buy a home after moving to SC from Northern NY. We felt like we put him through it will all of the homes we looked at and things we wanted in a home. Not to mention the process it took since we had certain stipulations since we came from NY. Justin was more than patient with us throughout the whole process and was always there to help us with any questions or concerns we had, he worked with the agent that listed our home to get our offer accepted and we closed yesterday! Justin was the consummate professional and he helped us every step of the way with a very complicated move from Boston to Greenville. When we came to look at properties, Justin took a great deal of his time to show us the area and gave us great insights. He was always incredibly upbeat, patient and respectful. Justin handled every issue that came up with the purchase of our home very efficiently. He came to our rescue and negotiated with our seller's realtor which was greatly appreciated.
