Rebecca made our first home purchase became a long dream come true. She really cares about your best interest as a purchaser. Her recommendations after viewing several homes landed us in our dream home!! She was very patient and never did we once feel she was pushing us to purchase. She guided us through the whole process and made us feel so comfortable. Finding us our dream home with her experience and professionalism really is what made this happen. I wish I could put higher than 5 stars as Rebecca Kirkwood met and exceeded my expectations!
I met her randomly through Zillow for the home I wanted to look at but I liked her so much that I asked her to list my home to sell as well. I signed her up on Thursday and she was able to get a professional photographer to my home the next day on Friday (and she paid for him). He had easy recommendations to make my home photograph well and he did a fabulous job.
Rebecca had the photos posted and my home listed on Saturday and by Monday I had home tours scheduled. She had a full offer on the table by Wednesday!! Rebecca was so professional and very responsive and she gave me great tips throughout the entire process. She has been a friend to me through this whole time and even now that both homes have closed she has continued to quickly respond to any questions I have. She is a jewel and I highly recommend that you use her as your realtor!

Rebecca was very friendly and helped/guided through every step of the buying process and made it very easy to go through the steps of the homebuying process. Always available and very quick to respond. She handled the communication between me and the seller and organized all the necessary contractor services & repair requests for the seller to handle and was very quick with any feedback needed during the process.

Rebecca did a phenomenal job for us! She was referred to us by Zillow, showed us our dream house on a Saturday, and we were under contract on Sunday. Talk about fast service! Rebecca made the whole process of buying our house easy and stress free. I will and have recommended her already!

Rebecca was such a pleasure to work with during our home buying process! We started out knowing absolutely nothing about buying a home or the area we even wanted to buy. She was so patient and knowledgeable and made the process very enjoyable! She was always prompt to answer any questions and showed up on last minute notices on numerous occasions to show us homes! Rebecca was not only our realtor, but she became a great friend and we are so thankful for her!

Rebecca was very knowledgeable and always quick to respond to my questions. We got assigned randomly through zillow.com. But I definitely lucked out and found a very good realtor. I'll definitely recommend to others.
