Ethan made a great impression when he came just to look at the home when we had it for sale by owner. It didn't take long to realize how difficult that situation was going to be, since we lived an hour and a half away. From the time we listed it with Ethan, our stress was greatly releived. We were selling AS IS, but the buyers' loan had many requirement and if we wanted to sell it, we had to do lots of little and a few big things. Ethan stepped in and got his people to re-inspect on our behalf, then found someone to take care of the required issues for us. That was something that would have been so difficult for us, not being from the area and not knowing who to trust. Throughout it all he encouraged us to hang in there because he was taking care of it, smiling all the time. I would definitely tell anyone to use him as their realtor. Great Homes of South Carolina has a jewel and I hope they realize that.
