Lochlan Adams is more than realtor; he
became a friend to walk alongside me as I navigated selling my home. He made selling my house a cinch and was willing to do what it took to make sure it sold as quickly as possible. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. He went over and above. I highly recommend him if you are looking for someone who is more than a typical realtor wanting to make a dime!

Lochlan is a joy to be around. He shares his knowledge of the real estate market.
We actually have made him our adopted nephew.
He’s very thorough with any of paperwork required to close a property.
He also will come to show a property even though he may have been ready to do something else. Lochlan is an all around good guy. We wish him all the best.

Lochlan Adams is the best realtor! It took me a few months to find the right home for me and Lochlan was there with me every step of the way. It didn’t matter what time of day it was, he always took my calls and answered all my questions. If he didn’t know something, he would find the answer right away. I highly recommend him to be your realtor!

We worked with Lochlan when we bought our first house and he was very pleasant, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. He made the home buying process a breeze. When we came to him to sell that same house he was the exact same, and he made a visit to our house to walk us through everything. He explained all the papers we were signing and what they meant, and answered ALL of our questions. He was on top of everything when it came to appraisal, repair requests, and closing. He goes above and beyond for his clients and I was beyond happy when working with Lochlan in the buying and selling process.

From the moment I saw lochlan I knew he was a good honest man and I grew to see him as a brother and friend.. it has been a pleasure working with him and him being able to put up with 2 old crazy ?? people who were scared, nervous and he helped guide us and being honest with us.. I consider him family and will be sending other family members to him in the near future.. may God prosper him and his family.. sorry it took so long to get this in.. he is a awesome guy

Lochlan was Wonderful to work with while finding our forever home . I was a real pain in his rear end me being very wishy/washy with decisions and as aggraviting as I was to deal with he always had a SMILE and Great advice.....

Lochlan was extremely helpful during the whole house buying experience, from taking us to look at a bunch of houses. Also having folders on all the houses we went to look at, and he was able to answer almost every question we had asked about the houses we went to look at. He did an excellent job at keeping us informed the whole time with any sort of information he had about the house after our offer got accepted, I will definitely use Lochlan again in the future for any Realtor needs.

As first-time home buyers we had done some research beforehand but were really grateful for Lochlan Adams! The process went so smoothly and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the process and was a great resource. He offered his opinion when we asked and helped us to consider things we hadn’t thought of. Lochlan hung in there with us… Even before my wife and I moved into the area and met him, Lochlan drove to properties for us, toured, reviewed and reported back to us. He was an asset then, as we were looking for investment opportunities and soon, when we will be searching for our next primary home. Answered all our questions and is very knowledgeable about all surrounding areas.

Not only was he professional and answered any questions we had, but also displayed a great sense of humor that put our stress at ease. During the selling of my home Lochlan was always available for questions, explanations, or just as support while going through the process. As a travel nurse I was often not available at the home however Lochlan was instrumental in assisting with scheduling of pictures, a pre-listing inspection, and any other needs.
