For this to be my first time selling a home, Ethan Shell and the Greater Home realtor group made it a smooth and very informative transaction. They kept me informed on everything that was happening with the sell and that meant a lot to me. At closing the support continued and i felt assured as well as confident in what took place. I recommend Ethan Shell because I went through a lot of realtors that were pushy and demanding.
He listens to every idea and suggestions you tell him. He never under estimates you and tells you that you can't achieve what you expect. He explains everything to you step by step. Always a phone call away. Hires amazing top of the line people to do the photos of your home. I hired him and my home and land was sold in little over 1 month.
I will definitely use Ethan again in the future.

Ethan made a great impression when he came just to look at the home when we had it for sale by owner. It didn't take long to realize how difficult that situation was going to be, since we lived an hour and a half away. From the time we listed it with Ethan, our stress was greatly releived. We were selling AS IS, but the buyers' loan had many requirement and if we wanted to sell it, we had to do lots of little and a few big things. Ethan stepped in and got his people to re-inspect on our behalf, then found someone to take care of the required issues for us. That was something that would have been so difficult for us, not being from the area and not knowing who to trust. Throughout it all he encouraged us to hang in there because he was taking care of it, smiling all the time. I would definitely tell anyone to use him as their realtor. Great Homes of South Carolina has a jewel and I hope they realize that.

Ethan is amazing!!! He helped me find my first home and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was very responsive and went out of his way to find exactly what I was looking for. Ethan was fantastic from the very beginning. He took the time to learn what was the most important things to me in buying my home. In a tough sellers market it was challenging as a buyer. Ethan showed me many homes and was never discouraged when things didn’t work out. When we finally found something that made sense, he did everything he could to make sure we were the accepted offer. I’m a proud new homeowner thanks to Ethan. I’m sure we will be working together again in the future.
