Born and raised in Inman, SC, Landen continues to call this welcoming Upstate town "home" because of the close-knit community ties he's created here. With his parents, along with his sister and her family, Landen enjoys trips to the beach, shopping trips to Charlotte, and getaways to Pigeon Forge with his dog, Fletcher, in tow. An avid golfer, Landen enjoys meeting his clients and friends on the links for work and play. Don't be surprised to see him cheering on Clemson during the football season as well! His education at USC Upstate took him in the direction of business management but he's applied these lessons to the real-life pursuit of his own real estate career. Landen enjoys the flexibility of managing his thriving business and serving his clients as a hometown Upstate expert. Working with families to find them the ideal property for their needs is his specialty and is thrilled to show them the hospitality and beauty of our area through all four seasons, from lake to mountains and for all towns across our Upstate map.

Landon was very helpful as my first point of contact as I (an out-of-stater) was trying to buy a home in South Carolina. He was very responsive regarding any issues that arose. He’s very personable and easy to get along with. He was also very patient and thorough at explaining things. I always knew that Landen would get back to me on a timely basis if I had a question or concern.
I would think dealing with an out-of-state buyer could be challenging, but Landen was always there to offer help or assurance. As the sale of my home was delayed a number of times, Landen also kept me updated on what was happening in South Carolina with the home I was interested in. He remained optimistic, and he was very helpful to have on my side throughout the process. I absolutely recommend him as an excellent realtor — he has a promising future!

I worked with Landen – an excellent agent. He listed my place in Nov and we were in contract in January, at asking price. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. We were looking for a small condo in downtown Greenville to serve as our urban oasis alternative home. We came is with very little knowledge of the area, a limited budget and a long list of requirements. And -- on top of that -- we were based 4.5 hrs away. Finally, we were not in a hurry. Landen helped educate us on the area and was extremely helpful in identifying properties as they came on the market. He often shared video recordings of his walking a property and pointing out features and pitfalls. Over the course of 9 months, he worked patiently with us until we finally settled on a home earlier this year. We are thrilled with the condo, with Greenville, and with the process that Landen helped manage for us. We highly recommend Landen.
