Sean and his team helped us with a bridge loan. We fell in love with a home and had to move quickly but hadn’t begun preparing our existing home for sale. Sean was great. He walked us through the process and explained exactly what we should expect. He listened to our needs and created a customized plan that checked the boxes we knew of and more importantly those that we were unaware of. He advocated on our behalf with the lender to cover additional costs and made sure every detail was covered. It was to be an easy deal but a couple issues regarding title complicated things. Sean was amazing at working with all parties to clear things up and keep the process moving forward. He even made sure that all issues were corrected to avoid any future concerns. Sean closed a loan in 21 days start to completion for a somewhat difficult second home property. He had great resources at his fingertips, was communicative and an overall consummate professional. He appeared to work at any hour of the day or night something needed to be done. As one in a service industry, this was incredible. I suppose the best thing I can say is that I was so happy with what he did with this mortgage, I have him working on refinancing on another property.
